INTRODUCTION
Welcome to SalonGrowthAgency. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our professional marketing services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. SERVICES PROVIDED SalonGrowthAgency provides specialized Meta Ads management and content creation consulting for salon owners and independent hair professionals. Our core offering is a proprietary system designed to optimize customer inquiries and salon growth.
2. ACCESS REQUIREMENTS To provide our services, you must grant SalonGrowthAgency the necessary access to your Meta Business Suite, Facebook Page, and Instagram professional account as an "Advertiser" or "Partner."
Control: You retain full ownership of your accounts at all times.
Security: We will never ask for your personal login passwords. All access must be granted through official Meta Business partner tools.
Responsibility: SalonGrowthAgency is not responsible for any pre-existing restrictions or bans on your Meta accounts.
3. NO GUARANTEES & RESULTS You acknowledge and agree that:
No Financial Guarantees: While we aim for high-performance results, SalonGrowthAgency makes no guarantees regarding specific financial returns or a fixed number of bookings.
Variable Factors: Results are dependent on factors beyond our control, including salon location, service quality, pricing, and local market competition.
Ad Spend: Clients are responsible for their own advertising budget, paid directly to Meta. This budget is separate from our management fees.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All ad creatives, strategies, and methodologies developed by SalonGrowthAgency remain the exclusive intellectual property of the agency. You are granted a limited license to use these materials solely for your own salon’s marketing purposes during our engagement.
5. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Fees: All management fees are due in advance of service delivery.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services, all fees paid are non-refundable.
Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice.
